Upcycling Paper into Flowers with Amber Ladley
Upcycling Paper into Flowers with Amber Ladley
Join us for a relaxed evening of connection and making. Hosted in the studio of local photographer Danielle Tait, this workshop takes place in a thoughtfully designed space that’s perfect for stepping away from your screens and getting into a creative flow.
You’ll learn how to transform discarded book pages into beautiful paper flowers using the Kusudama technique. No prior experience needed.
This isn’t just a class, it’s a chance to take a break from the usual pace, make something with your hands, and enjoy a night out with your community. Come solo or bring a friend, and enjoy light snacks and conversation throughout the evening.
All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your own handmade bouquet of paper flowers to keep or gift. You’re also welcome to bring your own paper and/or small decorative items to personalize your flowers. Buttons, shells, beads, or bottle caps all work beautifully.
Amber Ladley is a lifelong crafter and creative entrepreneur who loves bringing people together through creative reuse. Her workshops are simple, fun, and rooted in the joy of making.
