Assessing your current relationship with money and your motivation to change it; and
Skills-building and goal setting in a way that might actually work!
LAUREN HOLLANDER
Lauren Hollander, LICSW, JD, is a psychotherapist, former attorney, and certified Financial Social Worker with specialized training and experience in couples therapy, group facilitation, individual motivation, and relational skill-building. She works with individuals and couples, as well as financial planners who want better tools to support clients struggling to implement recommended actions.

Workshop 1 - Money-Relationship Assessment January 15, 2026 6-8pm $30
In the first workshop, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space in which to assess your current relationship to money. Through exercises and discussion we will explore that relationship; learn about habits that reflect a strong money-relationship; and learn about the process of goal setting and change.
Workshop 2 - Vocabulary & Skills February 12, 2026 6-8pm $30
In the second workshop, we will gently delve into money stories and identities, introduce basic financial vocabulary and concepts, and deepen the identification of your personal money-relationship goals.
Workshop 3 - Securing Your Blossoming Money-Relationship March 12, 2026 6-8pm $30
Our third workshop is focused on Motivation, Obstacles, and Future Planning. We will help you develop a greater sense of your personal sources of motivation (and resistance) around your change goals, and support you as you strengthen your blossoming relationship to money.
