WISDOM CIRCLE

It’s been such a joy and inspiration to witness how this group has grown and evolved over the past months. Lately, I’ve felt a noticeable shift—both in my own work and in my personal practices. I’ve been feeling called to deepen the connections within this community and to reflect more intentionally on how we spend our time together.

This reflection was sparked after a deeply moving Goddess Session with Judith Breier and Shell Hines. Their work with women around aging, self-acceptance, and community connection opened something profound in me. Together, we explored what it means to embrace the process of aging—personally, spiritually, and collectively—and I knew I wanted to dive further into that conversation.

As we talked about ways to collaborate, it became clear that what I was yearning for was an ongoing dialogue with other women—a space to share, reflect, and grow together. And then I realized… that space already exists here. This group has always been a container for women to gather, connect, and empower one another.

So, beginning soon, our Thursday gatherings will become a place to continue this exploration. Judith and Shell have graciously agreed to join us as facilitators, guiding us through meaningful discussions and sacred practices centered around aging, wisdom,and renewal

Judith brings decades of wisdom and compassion to her work as a certified Life Legacy trainer and facilitator and a certified Sage-ing Leader specializing in conscious aging. She is also trained as an End-of-Life Doula and ordained as a Kohenet, weaving spiritual depth and reverence into every circle she holds. Through her workshops and listening sessions, Judith helps women reclaim the aging process as an empowering, sacred passage toward fulfillment and completion. Her roots draw from Buddhism, eco-feminist Judaism, and indigenous-pagan practices, along with the rich soil of depth psychology, storytelling, and ritual.

Alongside her, Shell Hines brings her radiant presence as a Wholistic Practitioner, Shiatsu Therapist, Energy Conductress, and Sacred Music Healer. With nearly 30 years of experience guiding others to their authentic connection of self, Shell offers drum and rattle making, sacred journey and ceremonial work, and vibrant support for transmuting old patterns into renewed vitality. She leads with joy, playfulness, and the FIRE of excitement, lighting up community spaces with deep wisdom, laughter, and light.

Together, Judith and Shell will help us tend this new space we’re calling our Wisdom Circle—a place to honor the beauty of growing older, the strength of community, and the deep knowing that lives within us all.
