Upcoming Women’s Events in Western Massachusetts | Fall 2026

I often host events at my photography studio in Easthampton, and I’m always looking for ways to empower women and give women a louder voice.

For me, that means creating space for women to come together, learn something new, ask questions, share experiences, and talk about things that are important to us.

I believe knowing and understanding our bodies is incredibly important. I also believe that having financial literacy and understanding our relationship with money is an important part of having independence and freedom.

I love bringing people into my studio for all kinds of conversations, and I’m excited about these upcoming gatherings.

Pelvic Health Support for Every Life Stage

On Thursday, October 1, I’ll be hosting Pelvic Health Support for Every Life Stage with occupational therapist Dara Clauson, who specializes in pelvic floor therapy.

We’ll talk about what the pelvic floor is, pelvic floor therapy, common concerns, and how our pelvic health can change through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. There will also be time for questions and answers.

Her Healthy Money Habits

On Thursday, October 15, we’ll shift the conversation to money with Her Healthy Money Habits.

I think talking about money is another really important part of creating more freedom and confidence for ourselves. We all have different experiences, beliefs, and feelings around money, and I love the idea of creating a space where we can explore those things together.

A Way Forward: Building a Life You Actually Want to Live In

On Thursday, November 5, Jess Paré will lead an interactive workshop about reconnecting with yourself and building a life that feels good to live in, not just one that looks good on paper.

We’ll explore self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-trust, and how reconnecting with our own needs, desires, bodies, and intuition can help us figure out what comes next.

These are just some of the kinds of conversations I’d love to bring into my studio.

Sometimes the most empowering thing we can do is simply create a space to talk about something that matters.

I hope you’ll join me for one of these gatherings.
